Assistance Dogs Australia Fundraiser

2023 Assistance Dogs Australia Fundraiser

I'm hoping to raise over $3,000 for Assistance Dogs Australia this year

It's hard to imagine life without a furry friend, but for many Australians who are in need of an assistance dog, that's a reality. Assistance Dogs Australia provide fully trained assistance dogs to people who have a disability, and they do it at no cost to the recipient. In fact, each dog takes 2 years to go through their training program at a cost of over $40,000, with a current wait list of over 2 years.

So how can you help?

I will be calling out to certain dog breeds to book into a limited number of photo sessions. Only 5 sessions will be available each month at the special price of just $99. January will be dogs with breeds that begin with the letters A and B, February will be breeds that start with C and D, March will be E and F, and so on. Both purebred and mixed breeds dogs are welcome.

I will be making a $50 donation to Assistance Dogs Australia from each photo session booking, which will help them continue to do the amazing work they do. My end goal is to donate $3,000 in total (if not more!), can you help me reach my goal?

For the month of March, I am looking for all the E and F dog breeds

Calling all English Cocker Spaniel, English Setter, English Springer Spaniel, Field Spaniel, Finnish Lapphund, Finnish Spitz, Flat-Coated Retriever, French Bulldog and French Spaniel? and every breed in between E and F, this is your month to shine!

You do not have to book your photo session in this month, it can be booked between now and late November.

Frequently asked questions

Can't wait to participate but have some burning questions? Here are some frequently asked questions which may help, otherwise please feel free to reach out to me.

Can more than one dog be photographed?

Absolutely, as long as one of your dogs is the breed letter of the month I can capture images of all your dogs.

Where will the sessions take place?

There are 5 session locations to pick from, which can be found by clicking here. If you wish to conduct your session at a location outside of these 5, please book a full session by clicking here.

When can I book my photo session?

You can book your session date anytime between now and the 30th of November, as long as the session fee is paid during your dogs breed month.

I have a reactive dog, do you have any suitable locations for us?

Yes, please reach out to me after your booking and I can suggest a location, date and time suitable for your dog/s.

Are there any prints or digital files included in the session?

Photo sessions only include $100 of product credit to be used towards your own printed products, wall art pieces, desktop artworks or digital files. Please click here to see product pricing.

My dog can't be let off the lead, will this be a problem?

Not at all, the majority of my photo session locations require dogs to remain on the lead which I can simply edit out in Photoshop.
