Emma and Emily with Grommit and Sunny at Bungarribee Park

Try as it did, the weather didn't put a dampener on my photo session of this totally adorable family.

Emily and Emma run a training and aromatherapy business just for dogs called Paws Mindfully. Using a gamed-based and force-free approach, they transform the lives of dogs all over Sydney, including their own dogs Grommit (or Grommie for short) and Sunny.

Sunny and Grommie can be quite anxious in new environments and with strangers, which is why we picked their favourite park for our photo session. A familiar location, plenty of time for breaks and a patient photographer made for a stress-free afternoon.

Shortly after delivering the digital files from our photo session, I received the sweetest review from Emma and Emily that actually brought a tear to my eye.
