When Rescue Hub contacted me to say they had just rescued a pregnant
mum from the local shelter, I could not wait to meet her and the
puppies. The first time I visited Angelica my heart dropped. Poor Angelica was so underweight,
with a big round belly full of puppies.
Her teats were huge from the many previous litters she had had, poor girl was used as a money making machine. Lucky for her, this would be her last litter.
Not long after being in care, Angelica delivered 7 healthy and super adorable puppies. Angelica herself is an Irish Wolfhound cross and her puppies, although adorable, didn't look much like her at all!
These photos were captured at 5 weeks of age, and they were born at the end of September 2018. What breeds do you think make up the puppies?
